New Ossett Albion manager David Haley

Ossett Albion have announced that UEFA A License coach David Haley has taken over as their first team manager, replacing Richard Tracey who remains at the club in a recruitment role.

Haley, who has coached in America, spent 13 years working at the Huddersfield Town academy until leaving last year.

His assistant will be Andy Welsh.

The pair’s first game in charge will be at Bamber Bridge on Saturday.

Tracey steps down from the manager’s position after four-and-half years in charge which have seen him steady the ship at Dimple Wells.
