On-loan Manchester United goalkeeper Jacob Carney is stay with promotion-chasing Stocksbridge Park Steels for the rest of the season.

With Edd Hall out injured, the Steels have agreed with United that Carney can remain to further his development.

The good news continues for Stocksbridge as the BetVictor South East play-offs charge received a massive boost with the 2-1 win over Sutton Coldfield Town.

Chris Hilton, who is a strong contender for manager of the year, guided his side to victory with Lewis Whitham and Ross Goodwin scoring in the first half.
