Kennedy one of two further Railway signings

New Harrogate Railway player Nick Kennedy

Defender or striker Nick Kennedy is the latest player to join Mick O’Connell’s revolution at injury-hit Harrogate Railway.

O’Connell’s revival of Railway is well underway and the news club favourite Dan Thirkell has rejoined at the peak of his powers delighted the club’s supporters and volunteers this week.

Kennedy, an ex-Goole player, arrives from Selby Town – a club he has had several spells with and had his own cult following amongst the fanbase.

The arrival of Jacob Robertson has also been confirmed, but he has appeared in the club’s last two fixtures.

Railway have had a lot of injuries recently and O’Connell has been working around the clock to stock up on bodies for tomorrow’s visit of Lee Ashforth and James Bicknell’s Campion.
