Star striker Luke Mangham has pledged his future to Chris Hilton’s Stocksbridge Park Steels.

Mangham and Stocksbridge will be hoping he can pick up where he left during the aborted 2020/21 Northern Premier League season.

He was their top goal-scorer having carried his form on from the previous season when he scored 17 goals.

Former Garforth Town forward Mangham is one of Hilton’s many success stories with Stocksbridge, which include the rise of Harrison Biggins.

Since Mangham signed for the Steels in 2017, Hilton has shown an incredible amount of faith in him.

Mangham spent a considerable amount of time on the treatment table due to a long-standing knee problem, but the club stood by him and helped him recover and they have been duly rewarded in the last two years.

Mangham joins long-serving captain Liam McFadyen in committing to the Steels.
