Stocksbridge Park Steels won in the FA Cup for the first time in 11 years after comfortably coming through a tricky test against Golcar United with a comfortable 3-0 victory.

Goals from Kurtis Turner, Tomas Poole and an own goal booked Stocksbridge’s place in the next round.

Yorkshire Amateur were cruelly denied a morale-boosting victory as Charnock Richards came back from 2-0 down at half-time to claim a replay thanks to a last minute goal.

Jamal Stewart and Omar Gikineh scored for the Ammers.

Kieran Suddards rescued a replay for Thackley who drew 1-1 at home to Ramsbottom United.

Suddards popped up in the 88th minute.

A late own goal put Silsden into the Preliminary Round as it earned them a 1-0 win over Burscough.

Danny East (2) and Danny Emerton eased North Ferriby to a 3-0 success against Northallerton Town.

Albion Sports will do it all again against Barnoldswick Town as their hosts equalised in the last minute to cancel out Kamron Basi’s first half strike.

Maltby Main lost 1-0 to Quorn.

Knaresborough Town were beaten 2-1 at North East giants North Shields.

Emley are out after Glossop North End scored late-on to grab a 1-0 victory.
