Seadogs sign Farsley legend Walker on loan

Farsley legend Paul Walker has joined Scarborough on loan

Farsley Celtic legend Paul Walker has been reunited with John Deacey after signing for Scarborough Athletic.

The move is on an initial one month loan deal and Walker knows Deacey very well having played with him for Farsley and Bradford (Park Avenue).

Walker is treated as a Farsley great having being a major part of the Celts side which won two promotions in three years to reach the National North. He also won two West Riding County Cups.

The attacker, along with others, has reached the same echelon as the club’s greatest players and managers such as Simeon Bambrook, Billy Ingleson, Lee Sinnott, Martin Haresign, Bernard Brown, Neil Parsley, Amjad Iqbal, Tom Morgan and Denis Metcalf.
