Richard Collier (left) has moved to Hemsworth from Glasshoughton
Glasshoughton’s star man Richard Collier moved to Hemsworth Miners Welfare before the weekend.
The talented left-winger has been a revelation for Glasshoughton and his performances in the epic two-part FA Vase tie between the two clubs must have done enough to persuade Wayne Benn to sign him.
Crofton-based Collier, who would have been the perfect summer signing for Nostell, has mainly played local football in previous seasons.
The exciting young player was formerly a Farsley Celtic under 19s player.
