Unstoppable Nathan Perks got four as Glasshoughton Welfare stormed into the Toolstation NCEL Division One promotion after becoming the latest team to batter winless East Hull in an 8-2 victory.

Mark Ferguson (2), Ryan Hallsworth and Daniel Youel also scored for Glasshoughton, whose seven straight victories have lifted them from the bottom to the fourth-place in just two months.

If Glasshoughton can come through their next three extremely tough fixtures against promotion favourites Campion, Winterton Rangers and Selby Town with a degree of success then their top four finish credentials will be firmly established.

Campion are now below Glasshoughton after losing 3-0 at title-favourites Skegness Town.

North Ferriby remain third after floodlight failure for the second time in two months caused their clash with Rossington Main to be abandoned with ten minutes to go. Ferriby were leading 4-0.

Swallownest are ninth after a 4-0 victory at Brigg Town. A Joe Smithson own goal was followed by strikes from Josef Turner, Thomas Cropper and Oliver Grady.
