Danny Hull is staying at Evo Stik Division One North promotion-chasers Farsley AFC, according to Neil Parsley.
Hull has been the subject of a seven days’ notice claim from local rivals Ossett Town this week.
Ossett can now talk to the former Harrogate Railway and Brighouse Town winger, but Parsley says Hull is remaining at Throstle Nest.
Hull has scored twice for Farsley since joining the club in the summer – including a potential goal of the season strike at Salford in November.
“I’ve spoken to Danny and he’s happy here which is quite pleasing,” Parsley said.
“Danny will be a big part of what we are trying to achieve at Farsley.
“Danny has said he’s staying. I’ve told Danny about the seven days’ notice because when we receive approaches for any of the players, myself, Sim and Jacko feel it best to be open with the players.
“Danny has been told about the approach from Ossett Town and he’s said he is quite happy at Farsley. He’s an important part of the group of players we have got here at Farsley.”
