Rudy Funk’s Scarborough Athletic cruised to a 4-0 victory over old Toolstation NCEL Premier Division foes Brighouse Town in Division One North.
Ben Middleton scored twice in the first half alongside James Bennett’s solitary strike.
Ryan Blott added the gloss to the result which bursts Brighouse’s bubble after a dream start to life in the Evo Stik.
Ossett Albion are off the mark after winning 2-1 at New Mills.
Returning strikers Ben Grech-Brooksbank and Nicky Matthews scored the goals.
Despite Chris Wood giving the lead, Ossett Town were downed 3-1 by Spennymoor Town.
Farsley AFC celebrated a third straight victory by winning 4-2 at Harrogate Railway.
Jason St Juste, Lewis Nightingale, Aaron Hardy and Aiden Savory were on the scoresheet for Farsley.
Nathan Cartman and Alex Metcalfe struck for Railway.
In Division One South, Goole’s excellent start continued as Luke Hinsley’s late strike earned them a 1-0 victory at Lincoln United.
Stocksbridge Park Steels won 1-0 at Brigg Town.
Frickley Athletic lost 4-2 at home to Grantham United.
