Scarborough Athletic have confirmed the signing of striker Alex Peterson.
The capture was revealed straight after the 1-1 draw with Hull United at Dene Park.
Peterson has been welcomed back to the Seadogs with open arms after a successful loan spell at the club last season.
He was released by Doncaster Rovers in May after nine years at the club having played there since the age of 11.
He opted to return to play for Scarborough earlier this week and joint managers Paul Foot and Bryan Hughes have persuaded him to stick around.
