Frickley boss Karl Rose has lost Matty Bloor to Scarborough Athletic
Karl Rose has started preparing for life after Reece Thompson by adding well-travelled striker Zeph Thomas to his Frickley Athletic.
Young forward Thompson looks set to depart after bids from York City and a second Football League club were accepted.
Thomas signed for Frickley after the 3-1 defeat to North Ferriby United. He has been playing with Frickley during pre-season and actually scored against Hull City and Barnsley.
He played for Sheffield FC last season, but has had spells with Ilkeston, Harrogate Town, Stocksbridge, Goole and Boston United – among others.
