Worsbrough Bridge’s hopes of avoiding relegation continue to fade away after the defeat to crisis club Hull United.

It was always going to be a difficult fixture for Worsbrough against a side that has a number of heavyweight players.

Worsbrough endured a bad start as they conceded a penalty after just five minutes. Former North Ferriby United forward Gary Bradshaw’s spot kick had enough power to beat the Bridge goalkeeper.

Hull had to wait until the second half to increase their lead. Bradshaw was again on the score-sheet as his header was deemed to have crossed the goal-line.

The visitors wrapped up their win late-on with Jamie Richardson scoring.
