A second half comeback enabled Brighouse to finish their solid season on a high note.

Paul Quinn’s men trailed to an early Michael Fish goal. Fortunately Kurt Harris levelled matters straight after half-time.

Long-serving James Hurtley set the victory up by converting Ryan Hall’s free kick.

Danny Facey then sealed the point after good work from Tom Robinson and Hall.

Hurtley and Mossley’s Tom Dean were sent off during stoppage time.

Kendal Town 3-1 Harrogate Railway

Harry Coates’ curling finish gave Railway a 10th minute lead that was cancelled out three minutes later by Sam Bailey’s penalty.

Then just moments after making a stunning double save, Chandler Hallwood spilled into his own net to give the hosts a 2-1 lead at the break.

Dan Towers made the win safe for Kendal in the second half.

Burscough 3-0 Scarborough Athletic

Scarborough Athletic’s poor league campaign ended on a sour note with the defeat at promotion-chasing Burscough.

Liam Caddick placed Burscough in front close to half-time before second half goals from Michael Monaghan and another from Caddick.
