AFC Emley are less than 24 hours away from their biggest ever game as a reformed club.

The inaugural Division One play-off final will see Emley travel to Bottesford Town to fight for a place in the Premier Division for the first ever time.

Emley booked their spot after Kieran Ryan’s late goal guided them past Penistone Church on Tuesday night. The Pewitts are travelling over to Scunthorpe on mass as their coach is fully booked. More are expected to go across in cars.

Promotion would be a fitting finish for Emley, who have enjoyed a magnificent season. Ash Flynn has scored more than 70 goals and as a team they went on a massive unbeaten run from October to the beginning of April.
