Nominations for the top award at the end of the season will be decided by an advisory panel. Players eligible for the vote will be ones playing for Yorkshire-based Evo Stik League and NCEL sides.

Seven players are up for consideration for our October player of the year month award – Paul Beesley (Harrogate Railway), Alex Byrne (Shaw Lane AFC), Eli Hey (Campion), Ashley Jackson (Ossett Town), Pete Lawrie (Selby Town), Joe Lumsden (Stocksbridge PS) and Joel Sutton (Bridlington Town).

Voting will close on Monday at 11.59pm.

  1. Joel Sutton is having another great season. He has bounced back from a couple of knocks, I know been at Hull City from the age of 9 and then not getting a professional contract was a bitter pill to swallow but credit where credit is due he has carried on loving his football and improving as a player all the way along. A well deserved winner in anyone’s eyes (well mine anyway) 🙂
