Luke O’Brien in action for Shaw Lane
Former Bradford City left-back Luke O’Brien has re-signed for surprise package Thackley.
O’Brien previously played for Thackley at the beginning of the 2014/15 season under former manager Andy Patterson.
He leaves Goole AFC to join Thackley, who are enjoying a brilliant run of form under Chris Reape. Thackley are currently five points clear in second place.
O’Brien made over 130 appearances for Bradford in the Football League. More recently he helped Shaw Lane AFC win the Premier Division title in April 2015.
