Former Nostell captain Franck Zalo battling
Promotion-chasing Yorkshire Amateur have finally captured long-term target Franck Zalo.
The Ammers have chased Zalo for a while, going back to the centre-back’s final days with Nostell Miners Welfare last year.
Instead of joining the Ammers, Zalo chose to reunite himself with his former Nostell manager Graham Nicholas at Parkgate.
That’s where he has been playing until this week.
The Ammers host Winterton Rangers on Saturday.
