Frost marks Frickley debut with key goal

New Frickley Athletic hero Danny Frost marked his debut with the late goal to seal the three points for Spencer Fearn’s men.

The super-sub struck with five minutes remaining and he celebrated with an exuberant celebration in front of the opposition dugout.

The Blues had been leading courtesy of a 12th minute penalty which was converted by Jacob Hazel. Powerful Steve Hopewell had been felled in the box.

Frost came on after the hour and he stole the headlines later on. He latched onto captain Gavin Allott’s flicked header and did the rest.
