Popular NCEL goalkeeper Jody Barford has chosen to sign for Bridlington Town, in turn leaving Barton Town.
Barford, a popular figure on the NCEL circuit, arrives ahead of Brid’s home clash with Athersley Rec – weather-permitting.
The stopper, who has played for clubs such as Selby Town, Garforth Town, Winterton Rangers and Retford United, is rated as one of the most reliable goalkeepers in the league.
