Robertson named Albion assistant

New Ossett Albion assistant manager Mark Robertson

Former Burnley midfielder Mark Robertson has been named as the new assistant manager of Ossett Albion.

The Australian will assist Andy Welsh who replaced Dave Haley as Albion’s manager before Christmas.

During his playing career, Robertson represented Australia’s National Team on one occasion and played for Stockport County, Swindon Town, St Johnstone and Dundee in the UK.

Since retiring, he has run his own coaching business and also managed Hakoah Sydney City East FC.
