Chib Chilaka scored a hat-trick for Shaw Lane
A first half hat-trick from Chib Chilaka fired holders Shaw Lane AFC into a third successive Senior Cup final.
In a repeat of last year’s final, the Ducks wasted no time in booking a tie with Penistone Church at Bramall Lane later this month.
Chilaka struck in the first minute to give his side the lead after former Farsley Celtic striker Damian Reeves had done all the hard work.
Chris Wilcock’s men soon added the second goal, with Chilaka firing home from the edge of the area.
The semi-final was effectively over by the 22nd minute when Chilaka scored again.
Ducks legend Gav Allott scored a consolation for Frickley during second half injury-time.
I thought Reeves came to us after a few years at Altrincham. Hadn’t realise he was at a Farsley Celtic prior to that.
