Gary Collier and Mike Carmody are back together again after the striker’s return to Armthorpe Welfare was confirmed.

The former Selby Town forward was previously Carmody’s assistant during the early part of the Armthorpe manager’s reign. Collier has a decent goals record in the NCEL, plus a penchant for the spectacular strike.

He spent last season with Selby and Glasshoughton Welfare.

Armthorpe have recruited many of their former players this summer. Attacker Josh Bowkett, defender Josh Gibbons and Adam Lee are three players who spring to mind.
