James Whittingham who played a major role in Hall Road Rangers’ Toolstation NCEL Division One title triumph in 2017 is back at Haworth Park.
New Hall Road manager Leon Sewell has also made him the club’s vice-captain as they prepare for life back in Division One.
Whittingham, the former Bridlington Town left-back, played for Hall Road under Dave Ricardo and then Bill Gill.
He spent the second half of last season playing under Sewell at East Yorkshire Carnegie.
