Emley AFC had a wasted trip to Bacup Borough as the match was postponed just after 3pm because of a ‘waterlogged pitch’.

The match official deemed that a small muddy patch was too dangerous to play on and postponed the fixture.

Emley will now have to wait again until Saturday to play again in the North West Counties First Division North.

Josh Dyson’s second half hat-trick guided Shelley to a 3-2 win over Cleator Moor Celtic.

Golcar United lost 2-1 at Holker Old Boys – Joshua Lang got Golcar’s goal.
