Jason Dodsworth’s booming voice will be heard in the Muglet Lane dugout when football resumes after his appointment to Louis Axcell’s backroom team at Maltby Main.
Dodsworth, who recently left Nostell Miners Welfare, will work alongside Axcell and John Crossland.
The popular figure is best known for his time with Athersley Rec who he helped propel from Step 7 to Step 5 and to a Sheffield Senior Cup triumph in 2014.
His magnificent work at Nostell with Simon Houghton is also well-commended. The pair transformed Nostell from a perennial strugglers to promotion contenders in less than a year.
