Former Barnsley defender and ex-Athersley Rec boss Luke Potter has become Luke Danville’s joint manager at Hemsworth Miners Welfare.
The appointment firms up the Hemsworth management which consists of Danville, Potter and assistant manager Rob Tonks. Long-serving coach Andy Hart departed from the Wells this week.
Potter started his Non League coaching journey under Richard Tracey at Ossett Albion before moving to take charge of Athersley in September 2017.
He remained at the Rec until last May and until recently he was Steve Kittrick’s assistant manager at Matlock Town.
