Goalkeeper Trenerry joins Ammers

New Yorkshire Amateur goalkeeper Kyle Trenerry

Former Farsley Celtic title-winning goalkeeper Kyle Trenerry has joined Yorkshire Amateur.

Trenerry was Farsley’s stopper during the 2018/2019 NPL Premier Division title-winning campaign. He left Throstle Nest in January and subsequently joined Matlock Town.

Brad Dixon had been set to be the final line of defence for the Ammers going into the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division season, but he went off injured in the FA Cup tie at Crook Town on September 2nd.

Graham McLachlan was his replacement, but Trenerry played the majority of the pre-season friendly victory at Selby Town which was the following match.
