Campion have added powerful Penistone Church centre-half Tom Brennan to their ranks.
The move ends Brennan’s three-year association with Church who he has helped turn into Toolstation NCEL Premier Division high-flyers.
He last started for Penistone in the 4-1 away win at Bottesford on October 3rd.
Brennan previously played for Emley during the Darren Hepworth era and he’s rated as a top NCEL defender.
The signing comes two days after Campion signed off before the enforced break with two consecutive defeats.
However, they remain top of the table – a point ahead of Emley, but having played two games more.
