East Hull search for new manager

East Hull

East Hull have commenced a search for a new manager after former Barnsley and Bradford City midfielder Nathan Doyle stepped down.

With a week to go until the unexpected return of the Toolstation NCEL season, Doyle has stood aside because of work commitments.

Andy Watts has stepped into the breach on an interim basis.

Ex-Hall Road Rangers assistant boss Watts was the manager of the club at the start of last season before becoming assistant manager under Josh Barnes. He has been working behind the scenes this year and played a key role in their move to Goole AFC following the exit from Dene Park.

The club have opened up the opportunity for persons interested to apply for the post.

Those interested must email chairman Richard Smales – richardsmales86@gmail.com. The deadline is Friday 18th December.

Hull are scheduled to make the journey to Skegness Town next Saturday before visiting Winterton Rangers on Boxing Day.
