Frickley Athletic manager Dave Frecklington has committed to stay in charge at Westfield Lane until at least the summer of 2023.
Frecklington replaced Craig Spink in September 2019 and successfully guided Frickley well away from relegation danger before the campaign was declared null and void.
Until the current season was halted in November, Frecklington had put Frickley on course to challenge for the play-offs.
Chairman Stuart Highfield said: “During these more than difficult times we at Frickley Athletic Football Club have been working to put structures in place for when we return to something like normal.
“Being a community/family based club that is progressive and ambitious we strive for stability and success.
“It helps on the football pitch when the side is successful but to achieve that you need leadership, enthusiasm, passion and dedication.
“We have all of that with Dave as he has already shown, so we are delighted that he will be leading that part of the journey over the next two seasons and hopefully longer.”
