Right-back Elliott Walker has signed for Stocksbridge Park Steels after a successful trial.
Walker featured in the friendlies with Spennymoor Town and a Sheffield Wednesday X1 and has impressed Chris Hilton.
The 19-year-old spent the aborted 2020/21 campaign with Ben Hunter’s Rossington Main in Toolstation NCEL Division One.
Prior to Rossington, he was a Doncaster Rovers academy player.
Hilton said: “Elliot is an excellent player with great potential to move up the leagues.
“We look forward to helping in his development.”
Hilton confirmed earlier this week he wanted to make one more signing after Walker.
