The holders North Gawber have Stocksbridge Park Steels to contend with in their first round fixture.
The stand-out fixture is Handsworth’s clash with Penistone Church which is bound to be competitive.
High Green Villa, Rossington Main, Worksop Town and Worsbrough Bridge have byes to the second round.
