Yorkshire Amateur have lost club favourite Roy Fogarty to division rivals Worksop Town.
The striker who has established himself as a top forward during his time with the Ammers leaves 24 hours before the home clash with Pickering Town at Bracken Edge.
He played a key role in Ammers’ successful bid to win promotion out of the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division.
Ironically he scored once against Worksop on the opening day for the Ammers in their historic 3-0 win at Sandygate.
