Hat-trick hero Rickards continues Ecclesfield’s solid start

Sheffield & Hallamshire County Senior League Round-Up

Premier Division

Eccleshill Red Rose 1915 manager Jon Wragg with hat-trick hero Jordan Rickards

New kid on the block Jacob Rickards hit a hat-trick as Ecclesfield Red Rose 1915 continued their unbeaten start to the season with the 5-2 defeat of threadbare Wombwell Main.

Terry Simon did a remarkable job getting a job side out with a number of players unavailable for various reasons but pulling off an extraordinary result was a bridge too far.

Rickards, Chris Lewis and Carton Carty did the damage for Red Rose.
