Lewis Dennison popped with the last gasp winner as Brett Agnew’s Bridlington Town finally secured their first victory over the campaign with the 2-1 defeat of North East giants Shildon.

Dennison finished off Danny Earl’s run, minutes after goalkeeper James Hitchcock had also made himself a hero after saving a Shildon penalty.

Shildon had earlier equalised from the penalty spot – cancelling out Bridlington’s Andy Norfolk’s first half spot kick.

Aaron Haswell’s 49th minute goal was the difference as Ossett United narrowly beat Yorkshire Amateur by the solitary goal at Ingfield.

Frickley Athletic were trounced 6-0 at Dunston.
