Pickering Town manager Steve Roberts has secured two players from Championship side Middlesbrough on short-term loans.
Central defender Josh Wells and striker Alberto Balde have arrived at Mill Lane to gain more experience in senior football.
Josh is a recently capped Latvian Under-21 international while Alberto, who joined Boro from Portadown, represented Northern Ireland at schoolboy level.
The pair arrive at Pickering ahead of the massive home clash with fellow strugglers Sheffield FC.
