Brighouse Town 5-1 Thackley
Doubles from Jack Boyle and Elliott Harrison eased Brighouse Town into the quarter-finals of the West Riding County Cup.
Vill Powell’s Brighouse will play either Harrogate Railway or Roy Mason’s Steeton in the quarters.
Brighouse raced into a two-goal lead after just 19 minutes.
Boyle struck in the eighth minute before Alex King added the second goal.
Albert Ibrahimi brought Thackley some hope as the interval loomed as he converted a penalty to reduce the deficit.
The two-goal lead was restored in the 47th minute as Harrison shrugged several defenders before scoring his first goal for Brighouse.
He then scored again midway through the half.
Boyle added the fifth in stoppage time.
