“High quality applications” received for Ossett job

Ossett United parted company with Wayne Benn on Friday night

Ossett United have already received “a number of high quality applications” for the vacant manager’s post.

Ossett are searching for a new manager after parting company with Wayne Benn after the 3-1 defeat to Pontefract Collieries on Friday night.

Senior players James Walshaw and Ross Killock have been put in caretaker charge and they are set to lead the side at Tadcaster Albion on the 27th December (kick off 1pm).

The pair are aiming to add some new faces to the squad which has gone six games without a win in all competitions.

Applications are still been accepted and interested candidates are asked to email their CV and covering letter to admin@ossettutd.com.
