Pickering sign ‘keeper on loan
Pickering Town manager Steve Roberts has been forced to bring a goalkeeper in on loan as Leigh Overton picked up an injury.
Young Darlington stopper Lucas Martin arrives from Darlington who he joined in the summer after leaving York City.
Martin is in the squad for the huge six-pointer with Tadcaster Albion on New Year’s Day.
The match is a must-win for both sides who are struggling near the foot of the table.
Martin is the second loan player to arrive at Pickering this week as Scunthorpe United defender Harry Barker also joined.
