Farsley Celtic have renewed the contracts of two key players, but a long-serving hero has left.
Farsley have ‘exercised an option’ on right-back Lewis Turner to keep him at the Citadel next season.
Defender Tom Allan is extending his stay with Farsley as he has signed a new deal.
However, Will Hayhurst is leaving after four years with the club.
He will be remembered as he scored the opening goal in the 2019 NPL Premier Division title-clinching win over Marine.
Russ Wilcox told Farsley’s website: “I’d like to personally thank Will Hayhurst for his contribution to our survival this season.
“He played through injury for the team and also finished joint top scorer.
“He was a pleasure to work with and very popular in the dressing room.
“Will has a young family that he wants to see more of and he feels now is the right time for him to move on.
“I wish you all the best Will in your next challenge.”
