Horbury Town made an astonishing start to life as a Non League club by smashing Ollerton Town in their historic fixture in front over 200 people.

No-one at Horbury would have even dreamed of such a resounding result.

Summer signing Sam Awty stuck with two quick-fire goals either side of the half-hour mark to hand Horbury a two-goal cushion.

Gibril Bojang added the third in the 44th minute.

Ollerton were in the game as they then had a penalty which goalkeeper Paul Hagreen saved.

Horbury made the score-line greater in the last 11 minutes.

Hagreen was involved again as it was his pass that Ben Agu latched onto before finding Kieran Ceesay who scored.

Agu then got a goal of his own to make it five.
