An attacking player has added more power to Frickley Athletic’s option at the top end of the field.
Edson Prata has dual-signed with Frickley from Tadcaster Albion.
The attacker played in the youth teams at Leeds United and Bradford City before time with the likes of Harrogate Town and Guiseley.
He has also played in his homeland for AF Beja in Portugal.
Wayne Benn told Frickley’s website: “Eddy came training last night and has already made a good impression on everyone.
“He’s an attacking player with plenty of ability and he gives us more options in an area we need to strengthen.
“We would like to thank Tadcaster, and in particular Craig Ogilvie, for helping get this through.”
Frickley are away at Hallam tomorrow.
