North Ferriby ended second-placed Emley’s 15 game unbeaten league run to go 11 points clear at the top.

Chris Bolder’s league leaders won 3-1 in fixture of the day which drew a huge crowd of over 700.

At half-time it was nip and tuck.

Niall Tilsley had placed Ferriby in front with a header before Barnsley Non League icon Rikki Paylor blasted Emley level after a scramble in the penalty area.

Two goals in the final 18 minutes swung the game to Ferriby.

Oli Donald headed in another long throw to place them back ahead.

Then in stoppage time, Danny Clarke pounced to seal the win.

Penistone Church hero Leon Hurles-Brook

Leon Hurles-Brook was Penistone Church’s hero in the narrow 1-0 win at Handsworth.

Hurles-Brook netted on the half-hour mark with a volley.

Church had to withstand a huge amount of pressure but they held out.

Scott Ruthven scored for Hallam

Ollie Fearon, Scott Ruthven and Chris Salt scored in Hallam’s 3-1 win over Knaresborough Town.

Eccleshill United picked up an impressive 2-1 win at Winterton Rangers.

An own goal and Matty Sykes’ strike was the difference.
