Campion defender Dan Illingworth

Table-toppers Campion opened up an incredible 14-point lead at the top thanks to a second half blitz of goals in the 4-1 win at Worsbrough Bridge.

Prolific goal-scoring central-defender Dan Illingworth caused an earthquake in the game by scoring four minutes into the second half.

Campion goalkeeper Brad Emmerson then saved Conor Glavin’s penalty.

Luke Danville would hit the crossbar as Worsbrough searched for an equaliser before Marcus Day scored Campion’s second goal.

Elliott Wilson’s own goal and recent signing Daniel Hernadez’s strike made the score-line even more convincing in the final five minutes.

Glavin pulled one back for Bridge from the penalty spot.

Dan Davison scored the winner for Selby Town

Selby Town struck gold in the last minute again as Dan Davison’s strike earned them a solitary goal win at Swallownest.

That’s now two wins on the spin for Ryan Cooper’s side.

Armthorpe Welfare lost 3-2 at Staveley Miners Welfare.

Rhys Plater and Jamie Austin netted for Lee Morris’ side.
