New Thackley joint managers Danny Forrest and Tom Greaves have made their first signing since taking charge at Dennyfield.
Young Silsden defender Harry Parsons has been reunited with Forrest after moving clubs.
Forrest said: “Harry is a player who I have a great relationship with and have tracked his progress over a number of years.
“He came through the U23 set up at Silsden and made his way into the first team squad becoming a regular starter soon after.
“He’s versatile and can play all across the defence & centre midfield. He has a great understanding of the game and reads defensive situations well. His distribution is a strength making good decisions in possession. He’s only young and in a position to contribute immediately as well as improving in time”
