Armthorpe Welfare manager Lee Morris has persuaded one of the top EV2 Sheffield & Hallamshire County Senior League centre-backs to join his side.
Penistone Church Reserves star Harry Hurst has linked up with Armthorpe after several solid seasons in the CSL.
Hurst received great acclaim for his performances for Ecclesfield Red Rose 1915 under Matt Griffin and then Jon Wragg.
His displays earned him a call-up for Terry Simon’s All Stars (Representative side) last May.
He joined Penistone Reserves in the summer and has been excellent for them during his 13 appearances.
Armthorpe host Ollerton Town this afternoon.
