Harry Jessop hit the decisive goal to put Farsley in the hat for Monday’s quarter-finals draw.
Hungerford took an early lead which Andy Butler cancelled out.
Bobby Johnson placed Farsley ahead on the hour.
Hungerford quickly equalised but Russ Wilcox’s men refused to be denied and Jessop was the hero.
