Ross Hannah’s third consecutive hat-trick helped Rossington Main win 5-2 against Brigg Town – a result that has helped open up a seemingly finished title race.

Their win and Campion’s 1-0 defeat at Ollerton Town means Rossington are only four points behind the leaders going into next Saturday’s titanic showdown between the two sides.

It is a must win game for Rossington who have played three games more than Campion. The Bradford-based side need 25 points from their remaining 11 games to secure the title.

Greg Young and Brad Grayson were Rossington’s other goal-scorers in the win over Brigg.

Harrogate Railway remain in the fight as they won 2-0 against fellow high-flyers Staveley Miners Welfare.

Luke Stewart and Elliott Holmes scored.

Wakefield AFC celebrated a 2-0 win at Athersley Rec.

Jayden Sandhu and Danny Youel scored.

Jack Smith’s late winner earned Horbury Town a 3-2 win at Dronfield Town who had come back from 2-0 down.

Sam Kyeremeh had put Horbury in control.

Worsbrough Bridge took a giant leap towards safety after late goals secured a 3-1 win over Selby Town.

Tom Cadzow, Conor Glavin and Michael Jepps netted.

Liam Flanagan was on the score-sheet for Selby.

A fourth straight win for Glasshoughton Welfare has lifted them three points above the drop zone.

Glasshoughton won 4-1 at Parkgate thanks to Ashley Bell, Harrison Rowley, Ramalho Ferreria and an own goal.

Swallownest continue to struggle and they lost 2-1 at fellow relegation-threatened side Shirebrook Town.
