Josh Wright is Worsbrough Bridge’s new player/coach
Worsbrough Bridge have confirmed midfielder Josh Wright as a player/coach for next season.
Wright will assist first team manager Ian Shirt and his number two Kev Wright – Josh’s father.
Wright is a huge signing for revitalised Bridge because of his extensive experience from spells with Ossett Albion, Staveley Miners Welfare, Stocksbridge Park Steels and Goole AFC, among others.
He has a big association with Worsbrough and came back to help save them from relegation in February. His season ended prematurely because of a bad injury.
